TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: June 3, 2026 By using The Vizion Academy website, booking services, purchasing courses, submitting music, or participating in memberships or rewards programs, users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Services may include music production, mixing and mastering, artist development, EP/project deals, online courses, one-on-one coaching, memberships, digital products, booking services, and rewards programs. All payments are required before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Digital products, downloadable content, online courses, and completed services are non-refundable. Bookings may be rescheduled with proper notice. No-shows may forfeit payments. EP deals, royalty splits, publishing agreements, ownership rights, and collaborations may require separate written agreements. All website content, branding, educational materials, beats, videos, graphics, and downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of The Vizion Academy unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, leak, or exploit course content, exclusive materials, or protected intellectual property. The Vizion Academy is not liable for career outcomes, streaming performance, financial earnings, lost opportunities, platform outages, data loss, or third-party platform failures. These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, United States.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Vizion Academy may collect personal information including names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing details, uploaded files, booking information, reward activity, and analytics data. Information may be collected when users: - Create accounts - Purchase services or courses - Join mailing lists - Submit forms - Upload music or media - Participate in rewards programs - Book sessions or consultations Collected information may be used for: - Customer support - Service fulfillment - Payment processing - Marketing communications - Rewards tracking - Analytics and website improvements - Account security Third-party services such as payment processors, analytics providers, scheduling software, email platforms, and social media integrations may also process user data. REFUND POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. Completed services including production, engineering, mixing, mastering, consultations, coaching, and digital services are non-refundable. Digital products, downloadable files, templates, online courses, and memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted. Approved refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of The Vizion Academy.

REWARDS PROGRAM POLICY
The Vizion Academy may offer membership discounts, perks, or loyalty incentives to active members. Fraudulent activity or abuse of the membership program may result in account termination and forfeiture of membership benefits.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened session times without refund. No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in denied future bookings. Rescheduling requests must be submitted within the timeframe determined by company policy.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Users may not post or upload unlawful, hateful, abusive, infringing, threatening, explicit, or harmful material. Harassment, impersonation, spam, fraud, or attempts to disrupt platform operations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
DMCA / COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY
